Our Story

The Office Collective was born in 2019, when I saw the struggle of Sole Traders quietly carrying the responsibility of running their family businesses alongside the daily duties of parenting.

They were juggling households, children, and the unseen work that kept those businesses afloat, often without recognition or support. I knew there had to be a better way.

Then Covid arrived, and suddenly the world was forced to work from home.

For many, this meant uncertainty and fear of losing jobs.

For me, it reinforced my vision: starting and running your own business should always be viable, and there should be support systems in place, so no one feels alone or at risk when life changes unexpectedly.

When restrictions lifted, I opened a coworking space to help people reconnect with the social side of business. Watching others return to community reminded me how heavy the load can feel when you’re wearing so many hats - at home and at work.

That’s when my message became crystal clear:

“You might be in business for yourself, but you are not in business by yourself.”

Since then, The Office Collective has grown into a trusted support hub.

We now work with over 15 long‑term Accounts Management clients, 5 social media clients, and have helped countless small businesses with ad‑hoc tasks along the way.

Every client relationship is built on the same foundation: compassion, clarity, and the belief that no one should have to carry the weight of business alone.
